We have an upcoming need for a highly skilled Lead Oracle ERP Enterprise Architect to support the implementation of DevSecOps, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud-native modernization of an Oracle EBS 12.2.x ERP platform hosted in Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and this is slated to kick off in April 2026. This role operates within a SAFe 6 environment.
Key Responsibilities- Design, develop, and enhance software solutions supporting Oracle EBS 12.2.x ERP and related enterprise interfaces
- Develop APIs and automation solutions to support low-code/no-code and BPMN-driven process models
- Implement application/process automation aligned to business process requirements (A2R, inventory, financial auditability)
- Participate in SAFe Agile ceremonies including PI Planning, sprint cycles, and system demos
- Collaborate with architects, DevSecOps engineers, and systems engineers to integrate solutions into CI/CD pipelines
- Support development of RICE-FW objects (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, Forms, Workflows)
- Conduct unit testing, support integration testing, and remediate defects
- Develop and maintain technical documentation in accordance with government standards
- Ensure solutions meet security, compliance, and auditability requirements
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field
- Minimum five (5) years of relevant software development experience
- Experience supporting Oracle EBS or other ERP systems
- Experience developing APIs to support low-code/no-code platforms
- Experience using BPMN tools and developing automation solutions from process models
- Experience with software platforms
- Experience with Microsoft SQL Server and .NET development environments
- Experience working in Agile or hybrid low-code development environments
- Relevant technical certification from a nationally recognized authority
- Must hold an active clearance
- Experience with enterprise financial systems or audit-driven environments
- Experience operating within SAFe Agile frameworks
- Experience supporting DevSecOps-integrated development pipelines
- DoD or federal environment experience
