About the Job:
As an Oracle EBS Developer, you will play a key role in developing, testing, and deploying data conversion scripts for the Oracle EBS Finance and Projects modules. You'll collaborate closely with the business to understand data needs and translate them into detailed technical specifications. You’ll also be responsible for identifying and solving complex integration challenges, while maintaining custom functionalities, reports, and application interfaces.
Key Responsibilities:

• Write, test, and deploy data conversion scripts for Oracle EBS Finance and Projects modules to meet business and operational requirements.
• Work closely with business teams to understand data conversion needs and provide technical solutions aligned with their requirements.
• Create, modify, and maintain application interfaces, reports, and custom functionalities, ensuring that applications perform as expected.
• Identify and resolve issues related to system integration, performance, and conflicting business processes, offering alternative solutions when needed.
• Prepare and maintain detailed program specifications, ensuring clear and thorough documentation for all development work.
• Test and debug programs to ensure that solutions meet operational schedules and maintain high performance standards.
• Utilize Oracle Apex, Workflow, BI Publisher, and other Oracle tools to develop robust solutions for business applications.
• Work in a multi-developer environment to coordinate on projects and contribute to team success.

Must-Have:

• 5+ years with Oracle EBS R12 (Finance modules: AP, AR, FA, GL).
• Strong SQL, PL/SQL, XML skills for Oracle EBS support.
• Experience with Oracle BI Publisher for reporting and Oracle Apex for custom application development.
• Familiar with Oracle Workflow 2.6 and Oracle AME for process automation in Oracle Finance.
• 3+ years with JavaScript, AJAX, HTML, jQuery, CSS, and RESTful APIs for application integration.
• Knowledge of Oracle EBS database structures.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with OAF Personalization.
• Oracle Certifications (e.g., Oracle Certified Professional).
• Experience with CI/CD tools for automated deployment.
• Knowledge of other Oracle EBS modules.
• Background in data migration or data warehousing.
• Industry experience in finance or utilities.
