Job Description:-
- Experience in Business Process Consulting, Problem definition, Technical Architecture/Design /Detailing of Processes
- Experience in Oracle CRM/Services, Service Contracts, Install Base & CRM Foundation:
- At least 7 years of experience with functional and technical expertise in the above modules with at least 1 or more Oracle eBS CRM Implementation experience.
- Should have hands on working experience on the modules
- Should have in depth functional & process knowledge in CRM processes
- Should be able to handle the customers independently and recommend the solutions based on the business needs
- Experience working with integrations of the above modules with other custom apps would be a plus
- Should be hands-on and also be open to take on leadership and project lead responsibilities.
- Must have experience on working in a global delivery model, working with offshore teams.
- Should be proficient with conducting requirement gathering workshops, performing requirements analysis, technical feasibility and developing detailed, clear and precise functional and technical documentation.
- Experience working with globally diverse business teams on a single project is a huge plus.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications :-
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
- At least 7 years of experience within the Information Technologies.

Skills Required
