Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Oracle E-Business Suite Project Manager to lead and manage end-to-end Oracle EBS implementation, upgrade, rollout, and support projects. The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills, deep understanding of Oracle EBS modules, Customise billing and the ability to manage cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage full lifecycle Oracle EBS projects (Implementation, Upgrade, Migration, Support)
• Define project scope, objectives, timelines, budget, and resource plans
• Lead cross-functional teams including Functional, Technical, DBA, and Business users
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders
• Ensure adherence to project management methodologies (Agile / Waterfall / Hybrid)
• Track project progress, risks, issues, and dependencies; implement mitigation plans
• Coordinate UAT, CRP, SIT, Go-Live, and post-production support activities
• Ensure quality deliverables and compliance with business requirements
• Prepare and present project status reports to senior management
• Manage change requests, scope creep, and stakeholder expectations
Experience
• 8 - 15 years (with 5+ years managing Oracle EBS projects)
Required Skills & Qualifications
• Strong experience in Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS R12)
• Hands-on exposure to key modules such as:
• Finance (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM and Billing)
• SCM (PO, INV)
• HFM/Yooz/ tools preferred
• Solid understanding of Oracle EBS architecture and integrations
• Proven experience managing large, complex ERP projects
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
• Strong knowledge of project management tools (MS Project, Jira, etc.)
Preferred Qualifications
• PMP / PRINCE2 / Agile certification
• Experience with Oracle EBS upgrades or cloud migration (OCI / Oracle Fusion exposure is a plus)
• Experience working with global or multi-country implementations
Education
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
• MBA or equivalent is a plus
The working hours for this role will align with UK business hours.
