What You’ll Do:
- Participate in comprehensive training programs on PeopleSoft & Oracle database administration.
- Assist with administration & maintenance of PeopleSoft environments.
- Support Oracle database administration tasks such as backup, recovery, & performance tuning under guidance.
- Engage in test automation activities using PeopleSoft Test Framework (PTF).
- Learn & contribute to performance testing & monitoring of PeopleSoft applications.
- Collaborate with senior team members on various IT projects & daily operational activities.
- Document processes, procedures, & troubleshooting steps as part of learning journey.
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field (recent graduates are encouraged to apply).
- Strong interest in enterprise applications, database management & automation testing.
- Basic understanding of databases, scripting, or software development is an advantage but not required.
- Excellent problem-solving skills & a willingness to learn about new technologies.
- Good communication skills & ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, & proactive in seeking knowledge & improvement
- Willing to undertake formal & on-the-job training in the following areas:
- PeopleSoft Environment Administration
- Oracle Database Administration
- PeopleSoft Test Framework (PTF) for test automation
- Application performance testing & monitoring
