- Experience with Oracle CX software and ERP systems
- Expertise in Redwood, CX Mobile and CX Outlook sync
- Expertise in CX Migration
- Expertise in System setup and configuration
- Expertise in System design and development
- Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies
- Familiarity with Project Management methodologies
Desirable
- Certifications in IT (e.g., ITIL, PMP, CompTIA, Cisco, Microsoft
- Knowledge of Oracle CX products like Oracle CPQ
Work Experience:
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in IT, with a focus on system enhancements and project management
