Mission:
As an Oracle Content Management Specialist, you will manage, optimize, and structure content within Oracle platforms, ensuring seamless integration and efficient document workflows. This role is suited for someone with strong technical skills in enterprise content management, familiarity with Oracle CMS, and a thorough understanding of security, document structuring, and automation.

Responsibilities

  • Enterprise Content Configuration and Management:
    • Oversee content creation, organization, and maintenance within Oracle-based content management systems (CMS), ensuring proper document structure and user access.
    • Manage document configurations, metadata, taxonomies, and optimize content workflows within the Oracle environment.
    • Support user setup, access permissions, and document key structures to maintain an organized and secure content library.
  • Systems Integration and Data Automation:
    • Collaborate on the integration of web services and API configurations that interact with Oracle content systems, optimizing data ingestion and workflow automation.
    • Manage automated processes for document intake and data flow across platforms, ensuring high efficiency and reliability.
  • Process Optimization and Compliance:
    • Define and implement workflows that ensure compliance with industry standards and streamline document management.
    • Utilize taxonomies and regular expressions (regex) for data extraction and document classification.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration and Documentation:
    • Serve as a bridge between technical and business teams, ensuring content management aligns with the client’s goals.
    • Document workflows, configurations, and settings, providing clarity and continuity for the team.
  • Insights and Reporting (optional):
    • Provide periodic reports on content usage, structure, and compliance using analytics tools as required.
Requirements

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Business Development, or a related field.

Experience:

  • Proven experience with enterprise-level content management, ideally within Oracle WebCenter Content or similar platforms.
  • Proficiency with Oracle-based solutions for managing high-volume document workflows and enterprise content structures.
  • Experience with data automation, API integration, and metadata management.

Technical Skills:

  • Knowledge of Oracle Cloud services, API integration, and automated workflows.
  • Familiarity with taxonomy creation, regex for data extraction, and structured content management.
  • Understanding of compliance and security within document and content management.

Communication Skills:

  • Strong ability to communicate technical content solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proficient in English, both spoken and written.
