Title: Oracle Cloud SCM Functional
Location: Dallas TX
Job Type: 12+ Months Contract
Roles and Responsibilities:
To support key customer onsite as a primary advisor for Oracle Cloud SCM
Provide functional expertise across core Supply Chain Execution modules, including:
Self-Service Procurement (SSP)
Procurement (Requisitions, Agreements, Approvals)
Order Management,
Demand/Supply Planning Inventory,
Supply Chain Costing,
basic OT Manufacturing,
Maintenance
Participate in quarterly Oracle Cloud release reviews, evaluate impacts, and recommend adoption of new features (including Redwood UI updates)
Assist customers with SCM and Finance issue resolution, including receiving, costing, and GL accounting flows.
Work with cross-functional teams to identify process improvements and translate business needs into solution designs and enhancement requests
Perform hands-on configuration in Fusion SCM modules, including sourcing structures, approval workflows, catalogs, content zones, receiving parameters, and procurement controls
Support testing cycles, data validation, cutovers, and deployments for enhancement and project activities
Collaborate with offshore teams to deliver functional configuration, testing, and production support activities
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or engineering or equivalent working experience
Additional InformationEducation: Bachelor's Degree Required
