Oracle Cloud Projects (PPM) Functional Support Consultant
THIS IS A HYBRID BASED ROLE WITH VERY OCCASIONAL TRAVEL TO CLIENT SITES AND OFFICE.

Here at Version 1, we are currently in the market for an experienced Oracle Cloud Projects (PPM) Functional Support Consultant to join our growing Managed Services Practice.
You will have the opportunity to work with the latest cloud technology and worked on projects across a multiplicity of sectors and industries.
In addition, you will have the opportunity to undertake accreditations and educational assistance for courses relevant to your role.
Oracle Cloud Projects (PPM) Functional Support Consultant
Job Description
You will be:
- Overseeing day to day application support for a variety of clients.
- Utilising your Oracle Cloud PPM expertise to oversee and resolve support issues and add value through delivering fixes and ongoing ways of improving current delivered functionality.
- Leading requirements gathering, creating and developing documentation for business changes.
- Working with technical consultants to deliver client requirements.
- Liaising directly with clients to ensure all requests for change are properly designed, assessed, prioritized, and managed through to completion.
Qualifications
You will have experience in the following areas:
- Oracle Cloud (SaaS): PPM (Portfolio Project Management), Project Financial Management, Grants Management and Project Execution Management
- Oracle Cloud Reporting: Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence, Financial Reporting Studio and Smartview
- Oracle OUM and/or AIM methodology
- Experience of working effectively within a team
- Organised and be self-motivated
- Ability to multi-task and priorities across concurrent projects may be required.
- Management of change requests through the development and testing lifecycle confirming to project management standards and scope
- Liaising with Oracle to ensure effective management of client SRs
- Ensure that clients are supported and kept up to date with latest Oracle Cloud quarterly releases
- Manage on-time project delivery and business expectations and ensure internal customer satisfaction
- Assist with risk management and change management on projects
- Advising clients on options, risks, and any impacts on other processes or systems
- Effectively communicating and driving project deliverables
- Completing tasks efficiently and in a timely manner
- Providing status and issue reports to the project manager/client on a regular basis
