provides functional expertise in the configuration and deployment of Oracle Human Resources modules. The consultant works closely with business teams to optimize HR operations using Oracle applications.

Job Description:
The Oracle HR Consultant provides functional expertise in the configuration and deployment of Oracle Human Resources modules. The consultant works closely with business teams to optimize HR operations using Oracle applications.
Key Responsibilities:
Configure and support Oracle Core HR and related modules.
Analyze and document HR business processes and requirements.
Develop functional specifications and test cases.
Perform data migration, testing, and go-live activities.
Train HR users and provide ongoing support.
Requirements:
5-7 years of experience with Oracle Cloud HCM.
Proficient in Core HR, Workforce Structure, Person Management.
Experience with Fast Formulas, HDL.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
