Job Overview:
The Oracle Cloud HCM Consultant is responsible for overseeing the implementation and support of Oracle Human Capital Management (HCM) modules. This role combines project management, functional leadership, and deep domain expertise to deliver effective HCM solutions aligned with business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Oracle HCM Cloud implementations (Core HR, Payroll, Talent Management, Time and Labor ,etc.).
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements.
Translate business needs into technical and functional requirements.
Manage project timelines, scope, resources, and risks.
Provide post-implementation support and system enhancements.
Lead and mentor junior consultants.

Requirements:
4+ years of experience with Oracle HCM (Fusion preferred).
Strong understanding of HR business processes.
Experience in leading end-to-end implementations.
Project management and team leadership skills.
Oracle Cloud HCM certification.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
