Job Description:

As Oracle Cloud Adoption Advisor, you will focus on ensuring a quality and effective experience for our Oracle Cloud customers from the upfront sales activities through implementation and on ongoing advisory support services. The successful Highstreet Client Success Manager ensures that the project and follow-on advisory services provided by Highstreet meets our clients’ needs. We are looking for someone who develops and maintains strong and balanced relationships with new and existing clients while achieving account revenue and profitability targets in their portfolio of clients. This role requires a deep understanding of Oracle Cloud, business processes and strong leadership skills to ensure successful project outcomes.

Job Responsibilities:

•Build and maintain strong client relationships, including the c-suite, by understanding their business needs and challenges for a portfolio of customers who are using Oracle Cloud applications.

•Serve as an SME and key point of contact for Finance and/or HCM business users.

•Coordinate with 3rd party vendors on application support issues, defects and enhancements.

•Lead effort in creative approaches to problem-solving and quality deliverables supporting business needs. 

•Thoroughly understand and support the delivery of Highstreet’s services to our clients so that clients value the operational and business benefits these services are delivering.

•Understand the client’s business, functional and IT strategies, goals, and priorities, to enable and continue their business transformation. Develop and deliver strategic roadmap and account plans for clients. Ensure solutions we provide meet the client’s goals and needs as well as Highstreet’s objectives.

•Identify and develop strategies and offerings to expand Highstreet’s value to our clients.

•Work across internal teams especially our sales organization, to identify, develop and win new sales opportunities in client accounts.

•Conduct training sessions and workshops for end users, ensuring smooth adoption of the Fusion Quality modules.

•Identify potential risks and challenges throughout a project life cycle and develop mitigation plans to manage the issues.

•Communicate project progress, challenges and solutions effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, present complex concepts in a clear and understandable manner. Develop and execute account management programs. Plan, manage and successfully lead regular business reviews with both internal customer stakeholders including C-suite audiences

•Mentor and develop a team of professionals, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.

•Represent Highstreet’s values and brand in all interactions


Required Job Skills and Experience:

•BA or BS Degree in Finance, Account or Human Resources related fields

•Experience in Management Consulting.

•5+ years of key client consultative experience in account management, sales, customer implementation or project management in enabling business process improvement in financial, accounting or human resources ERP applications.

•Demonstration of a strong functional (Finance, Accounting, Payroll or Human Resources) aptitude along with evidence using and supporting related systems and technologies to manage the business.

•Strong experience and understanding of business processes in Finance or HCM required and understanding of Oracle Cloud is desired. 

•Proven track record of successfully developing strong relationships with all levels of the client’s organization, particularly with the CFO, CHRO and other c-suite decision-makers

•Proven ability to analyze data, diagnose client needs, make accurate conclusions, and provide recommendations to improve their business through system enhancements and expansion.

•Clear ability to think strategically, develop plans and execute programs methodically through an entire project or client relationship lifecycle

•Exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to work in a rapidly changing environment and comfort working through ambiguous situations with a portfolio of clients

•Proven track record of navigating through client’s request while developing, recommending and selling solutions that the client really needs but may not understand or be able to articulate.

•Excellence in evaluating solutions against the real client’s needs to ensure their current and future business needs are met with their new system.

•Demonstrated ability to develop authentic relationships and conduct substantive content discussions with key decision-makers to align with client priorities.

•Excellent leadership and motivational skills to rally and lead people through changes. Mature skills to manage and drive global cross functional teams to successful outcomes for your clients.

•Clear, compelling, and concise written and oral communication skills including exceptional active listening skills with a clear understanding and ability to tailor the messaging appropriately for C-level executive stakeholders to junior team members. 


Preferred Job Skills and Experience:

•Providing client success management with Higher Education, K-12 or Public Sector

•Implementation or support services with Oracle’s suite of ERP and HCM applications, in particular Oracle Cloud Applications

•Delivering IT managed services

•Performing finance, accounting or human resources related job functions.
