Job Description:
Johnson Controls invites passionate individuals to join our team as an Oracle APPS - Support Specialist. This entry-level position is perfect for candidates with 0-1 year of experience looking to kick-start their career in an innovative company.
What you will do:
- Provide support for Oracle APPS modules, assisting users with inquiries and issues.
- Participate in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to Oracle applications in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with team members to document problems and solutions, ensuring knowledge sharing.
- Assist in testing new releases and features of Oracle applications to ensure functionality aligns with business requirements.
- Engage in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge of Oracle APPS.
What we look for:
Required:
- A degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of Oracle applications and database concepts.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Preferred:
- Experience with Oracle APPS or similar ERP systems is a plus.
- Familiarity with SQL and PL/SQL.
