What You'll Do (Key Responsibilities):

  • Conducts analysis, design, evaluation, modification, testing and implementation of enterprisewide systems (e.g., Oracle, Camstar, ETQ, TLMS) across functional areas.

  • Develop & Customize Oracle Applications: Design, develop, customize, and maintain Oracle Forms, Reports, OAF pages, and BI Publisher reports within the Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) environment.

  • Database Development: Write and optimize complex SQL and PL/SQL queries, stored procedures, functions, and packages to support business requirements.

  • Integrations: Develop and manage integrations using Oracle APIs, Open Interfaces, and other methods to facilitate data exchange between systems.

  • System Support & Maintenance: Provide ongoing support, troubleshoot issues, and perform performance tuning for existing Oracle applications and custom solutions.

  • Requirements Analysis: Collaborate with business users and functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications and solutions.

  • Testing & Deployment: Conduct unit testing, support system integration testing (SIT), user acceptance testing (UAT), and assist with deployment activities.

  • Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and support guides.

Who You Are (Qualifications/Desired Skills):

  • Oracle Development Expertise: Proficient in SQL, PL/SQL, Oracle Forms & Reports, OAF, and BI Publisher.
  • Oracle EBS Knowledge: Experience with key Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) modules (e.g., Financials, Supply Chain).
  • Programming Skills: Strong PL/SQL skills; familiarity with Java and XML a plus.
  • SDLC Understanding: Solid grasp of the software development lifecycle, including debugging and performance tuning.
  • Problem-Solver: Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities to translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Collaborative Communicator: Strong verbal and written communication skills to work effectively with business users and technical teams.
  • Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field with relevant hands-on experience as an Oracle Applications Developer.
