Job Title: Optometrist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Optometrist to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive eye care services, including vision examinations, diagnosis, and treatment of eye conditions, and the prescription of corrective lenses. The Optometrist will work closely with patients to ensure their eye health and visual needs are met.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct thorough eye examinations to assess vision and detect eye diseases.

- Diagnose and manage ocular conditions and diseases.

- Prescribe corrective lenses and other vision aids.

- Provide pre- and post-operative care for patients undergoing eye surgery.

- Educate patients on eye health, vision care, and preventive measures.

- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.

- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care.

- Stay updated on the latest advancements in optometry and eye care.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree from an accredited institution.

- Valid state optometry license.

- Strong clinical and diagnostic skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
