Locum Optometrists
Bailey Nelson is growing and we are looking for high performing locum Optometrists to join our locum team in Christchurch to work across our 3 stores.

Our eye tests are tailored for each individual so everyone walks away feeling and looking different.
What the role involves:
- Deliver an excellent optometry service for every Bailey Nelson customer
- Busy clinics with 20 minute testing
- Create a professional, friendly and stress free testing environment that is customer focused
- Develop a strong and personal rapport with your customers whilst embracing the Bailey Nelson culture and value
- Cultivate a strong partnership with the Store Manager and instore teams

Skills Required
- Registered/qualified Optometrist able to practice
- Experience conducting clinical eye tests in busy clinics (20-minute testing cadence)
- Customer-focused approach with ability to create a friendly, stress-free testing environment
- Ability to build strong rapport with patients and collaborate with store managers and teams
- Availability for locum shifts across multiple Christchurch stores
