Who you are:
You’re an inquisitive, critical thinker who thrives off of innovating new solutions. When you’re told that something “just is,” you immediately dissect it to understand the “why." You’re a strong believer in the power of collaborative problem solving, and you're excited to test yourself in one of the most competitive areas of the financial market.
Eligible applicants for this program are:
- Women with a planned graduation date in 2027 or 2028
- Students working toward a bachelor's degree in a STEM field
