Park Nicollet is looking to hire an Optical Operations Supervisor to join our Optical team! Come join us as a Partner for Good and help us make an impact on the care and experience that our patients and their families receive every day.
The Supervisor provides direct patient care as well as leadership, direction, organization and administration for optical at Park Nicollet Eye Clinics, so requires knowledge of basic optics and products which reflect traditional practices and services of opticianry, as well as competency in all mechanical and instrument skills within the scope of opticianry.
Work Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m.
Required Qualifications:
Two years of related experience OR
High school diploma or equivalent and five years of related experience.
American Board of Opticianry (ABO) certification within three years of hire.
Preferred Qualifications:
Graduate of an accredited Commission of Opticianry Education training program.
American Board of Opticianry (ABO) certification.
Additional Information:
This is a non-union 1.0 FTE (80 hours per pay period) day shift position, working in St. Louis Park, MN (with the ability to occasionally float to any clinic site depending on business need). The full salary range for this position is $-$ annually, based on experience and internal equity. This position is exempt under the Fair Labor Standards Act, and is eligible for benefits.
