Your team:

In the role of Ops & Support Associate you’ll be working closely with our customers and accountants in order to provide the best support and guide them through the process of filing their taxes. We are looking for positive, enthusiastic individuals who are eager to learn and join an early-stage start-up.

 

We are a small operations team, so we are looking for proactive people who are willing to get stuck in and who are passionate about providing great customer service. From day one you’ll need to immerse yourself in the company and build both your knowledge of our platform and your own tax knowledge.

Your responsibilities:
  • You will provide inbound customer support via email, phone and live chat.

  • Deal with a wide range of issues: from making sure that every tax return is completed correctly, to helping us manage the relationship with our accountant partners.

  • No two problems are the same. You’ll take full ownership of issues that you’ll be empowered to resolve.

  • You’ll also get involved in projects to help us build a bigger, better business. And you’ll provide insights and feedback to improve our processes and product.

  • You’ll help us analyse data in order to improve our product, service and offer.

Your profile:
  • Strong communication skills.

  • Proficient in both Spanish and English. We are a German based company, therefore, many meetings will be conducted in English.

  • Previous customer service experience.

  • Passionate about technology and desire to understand our product inside out.

  • Strong customer empathy, attention to detail and calm under pressure.

  • A willingness to learn and progress.

  • Problem solver and team player.
