工作职责：
1、组织计划，质量，工艺各资源部门及时、高效、保质保量地完成生产任务，不断改善作业现场，促进生产工艺改进，提高生产效率。
2、制造过程质量控制，推行标准化作业，执行质量工艺相关规范，执行现场巡检，及时向相关部门反映生产异常问题，并推动解决相关问题。
3、组织各种岗位技能培训，提高员工的技能、培养生产骨干。
4、根据每月工作计划及管理目标进行日常工作的管理，推进制造现场管理的标准化、例行化。
5、根据生产运营部的年度目标与月度目标确定本工段的月度绩效目标，并予以实行。
6、按PDCA循环展开工作，采取有效的措施确保绩效目标的实现。
7、采取有效管控措施，开流节源，进行成本控制和改善。
8、积极组织部门活动，定期和不定期开展员工沟通，严格执行公司规章制度，进行绩效晋级管理，营造良好团队氛围，进行组织建设。
岗位要求：
- 本科及以上学历，机械制造、工业工程、机电一体化等相关专业优先。
- 5年以上制造业生产经验， 熟悉制冷行业产品生产流程和工艺特点者优先。
- 熟悉IATF16949/ISO9001等质量管理体系及五大工具（APQP/FMEA/SPC等）。
- 具备极强的执行力、抗压能力和现场问题解决能力。
- 优秀的沟通协调能力和领导力，能够有效管理一线蓝领团队。
Skills Required
- Bachelor's degree or above
- Degree in mechanical manufacturing, industrial engineering, mechatronics or related (preferred)
- 5+ years manufacturing production experience
- Familiarity with refrigeration product production processes (preferred)
- Familiar with IATF16949/ISO9001 and quality tools (APQP, FMEA, SPC)
- Strong execution, stress tolerance, and on-site problem-solving ability
- Excellent communication, coordination, and leadership to manage frontline blue-collar teams
