The Role

Job Purpose:

Our Product Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth within a specific product and market segment. The position combines technical sales support, marketing, and supply chain coordination to expand customer relationships and improve product profitability. It also involves working with suppliers and internal teams to develop and launch new products and services aligned with market needs.

Job Responsibilities:

● Identify and research specific market segment needs; develop and present tailored product and service solutions.
● Conduct competitor analysis and market research to inform strategy and support management with insights and recommendations.
● Pursue and acquire new customers within assigned market segments, meeting established growth targets.
● Assist in developing training and certification programs for sales representatives to support market segment needs.
● Present and close technical product proposals to decision-makers within customer organizations.
● Oversee product/service fulfillment, including ordering, delivery, installation, and startup for end-user accounts.
● Collaborate with certified sales reps and product managers to transition ongoing service responsibilities.
● Source and coordinate with suppliers/vendors and procurement teams to meet supply chain requirements.

Additional Responsibilities & Qualifications:

Professional and personable presentation skills.

Strong team work and interpersonal skills.

Expected salary $130K annually.

Work Experience:

● 1-3 years of related job experience.● Excellent verbal, written, people, and diplomacy skills are required.● Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.

Education:

● Bachelor's Degree Preferred
