What you’ll be spending your time on:
- Work with different stakeholders in the company, such as Operations, BizDev, Product, Tech and Program Managers.
- Provide accurate and user-friendly data models, insight, reports, and dashboards.
- Analyze data, track operation performance, alert and analyze abnormal trends.
- Deliver ad-hoc reports and in depth analyses.
Have you done this kind of stuff?
- Degree in Industrial Engineering /Statistics/Software Engineering/computer science / Mathematics or another quantitative field
- 2+ years working experience as a Data Analyst or equivalent academic experience.
- Highly experienced with SQL.
- 2+ Experience building dashboards in with visualization platforms - Power BI, Tableau, Looker, etc.
- Experience working with Python, with focus on Pandas-advantage!
Soft Skills:
- Team player with strong analytical and problem solving skills, as well as business understanding.
- Strong communication skills, independent, proactive, detail-oriented with can-do attitude.
- Eager to learn and self-educated
- Working in an international environment, fluent English
- Experience with data modelling, BI/ETL development.
- Experience working in cloud environments (Google Cloud Platform, BigQuery).
- Experience in Financial Services or FinTech companies
- Experience working with operational KPI Metrics
