What you’ll be spending your time on:
- Lead and mentor a team of data analysts, providing guidance, support, and professional development.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across Operations, Product, Tech, and Program Managers to define data strategies and ensure alignment with business goals.
- Design and implement scalable data models, dashboards, and reports that provide actionable insights.
- Drive data-driven decision-making by analyzing trends, identifying opportunities, and proactively addressing challenges.
- Establish and track key operational KPIs, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
- Manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks effectively, and ensure timely delivery of insights to support business objectives.
- Advocate for best practices in data analysis, visualization, and data storytelling across the department.
- Continuously improve processes, tools, and methodologies to optimize efficiency and impact.
Have you done this kind of stuff?
- Degree in Industrial Engineering, Statistics, Software Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or another quantitative field.
- 5+ years of experience as a Data Analyst.
- 3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst Team Leader.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to translate data insights into strategic actions.
- Strong experience with SQL and ability to optimize queries for performance.
- Experience building dashboards and reports using Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar tools.
- Proficiency in Python (especially Pandas) for data analysis – advantage!
Soft Skills:
- Proven leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset, with a proactive approach.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a strong ability to multitask.
- Passion for continuous learning and professional growth.
- Experience working in an international environment – fluent English required.
- Experience with data modeling, BI/ETL development.
- Experience working with operational KPI Metrics.
- Experience in Financial Services or FinTech companies
