Primary Responsibilities:
  • Partner with executive leaders to identify, prioritize, and drive strategic technology initiatives that deliver measurable business outcomes
  • Translate complex business and operational challenges into technology, AI, automation, and data-driven solutions
  • Lead cross-functional teams across business, operations, product, architecture, engineering, and analytics to deliver enterprise transformation initiatives
  • Own the end-to-end lifecycle of strategic programs from opportunity identification and business case development through implementation and value realization
  • Facilitate discovery sessions, strategy workshops, and solution design engagements to define problem statements, target outcomes, and implementation roadmaps
  • Build strong executive partnerships and influence decision-making through strategic recommendations, business cases, and outcome-focused reporting
  • Establish portfolio governance, program roadmaps, success metrics, risk management practices, and delivery accountability
  • Drive adoption, organizational readiness, and change management activities to maximize the value of technology investments
  • Identify opportunities to leverage emerging technologies, AI, intelligent automation, and advanced analytics to improve efficiency, quality, and customer experiences
  • Partner with architecture and engineering leaders to ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with enterprise standards
  • Monitor and measure business value realization, including operational improvements, cost reduction, productivity gains, quality enhancements, and customer outcomes
  • Lead prioritization of technology investments based on strategic alignment, business impact, feasibility, and return on investment
  • Coach and develop program managers, strategists, and cross-functional team members while fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement
  • Communicate program progress, strategic direction, risks, dependencies, and outcomes to executive leadership and governance forums
  • Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams, ensuring alignment between enterprise strategy, operational goals, and technology execution
  • Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
  • 8+ years of experience leading large-scale technology programs, strategic initiatives, or business transformation efforts
  • 5+ years of leadership experience managing cross-functional teams, programs, portfolios, or strategic initiatives
  • Experience partnering with senior leaders to define business strategy, prioritize investments, and drive measurable business outcomes
  • Experience leading initiatives involving product, engineering, architecture, data, operations, and business stakeholders
  • Experience driving organizational change, adoption, and business process transformation
  • Demonstrated success leading enterprise-wide technology implementations, digital transformation, AI, automation, or operational modernization initiatives
  • Proven ability to translate complex business challenges into scalable technology solutions
  • Proven solid program and portfolio management experience, including roadmap development, financial planning, governance, risk management, and value realization
  • Proven solid analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to operate in highly ambiguous environments
  • Proven exceptional executive communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Demonstrated ability to influence decisions and build alignment across multiple organizations without direct authority
