We’re looking for a Deal Operations Analyst at Webflow to join our Revenue Operations team. In this role, you will focus on driving automation initiatives from start to finish, optimizing sales processes, and ensuring seamless operations within our go-to-market teams. You’ll work cross-functionally to  build scalable and efficient processes to enhance CPQ and Salesforce workflows, and improve contract lifecycle management. Additionally, you’ll collaborate with internal teams and have some initial customer interaction to facilitate a smooth transition from sales to post-sales.

This role is ideal for a proactive problem-solver with strong experience executing automation projects end-to-end, and expertise in CPQ, Salesforce, and contract lifecycle management within a SaaS business.

  • The cash compensation for this role is tailored to align with the cost of labor in different geographic markets. We've structured the base pay ranges for this role into zones for our geographic markets, and the specific base pay within the range will be determined by the candidate’s geographic location, job-related experience, knowledge, qualifications, and skills.
    • United States  (all figures cited below are in USD and pertain to workers in the United States) 
      • Zone A: $101,760 - $129,120
      • Zone B: $96,000 - $122,880
      • Zone C: $91,200 - $116, 640
    • Canada  (all figures cited below are in CAD and pertain to workers in the Canada
      • Zone A: $114,240 - $145,920

This role is also eligible to participate in Webflow's company-wide bonus program. Target amounts are a percentage of base salary and vary by career level. Payouts are based on company performance against established financial and operational goals.

  • Reporting to the Manager, Deal Desk

As a Deal Operations Analyst you’ll… 

  • Automation & Process Optimization: Lead end-to-end automation initiatives within Revenue Operations, to improve efficiency within systems including Salesforce, Salesforce CPQ, Slack, Ironclad and Census. 
  • CPQ & Salesforce Optimization: Manage CPQ workflows and optimize Salesforce processes to enhance deal execution and reporting. Ownership of deal approvals as part of our order management process. 
  • Customer & Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with sales, post-sales, and customers on renewals processing, streamlining handoffs, enhancing automation adoption, and ensuring data accuracy and compliance.
  • Contract Lifecycle Management: Support automation of contract workflows, ensuring compliance and efficiency.
  • Risk Mitigation & Continuous Improvement: Identify Quote to Cash inefficiencies, propose solutions, and drive operational improvements.

About you:

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in using Salesforce & Salesforce CPQ, particularly with approval workflows and optimizing Salesforce processes to enhance deal execution and reporting.

You’ll thrive as a Deal Operations Analyst if you:

  • Have 2+ years of experience in a Deal Desk, Revenue Operations, or similar role, with a track record of meeting or exceeding renewal targets in a fast-paced environment.
  • Possess an analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to identifying risks and opportunities, and proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and analytics platforms.
  • Are comfortable working with systems like Slack, Census, DocuSign, DocGen, and Ironclad CLM or other similar tools.
  • Excel in cross-functional collaboration, partnering effectively with Customer Success, Sales, Finance, and Legal teams.
  • Communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing, with the ability to articulate value propositions and renewal strategies.
  • Solve problems proactively, demonstrating strong critical-thinking skills.
  • Stay curious and open to growth, building fluency in emerging technologies like AI to unlock creativity, accelerate progress, and amplify impact.

Preferred Skills:

  • Have experience working in a high-growth SaaS or technology environment.
  • Possess knowledge of subscription-based pricing models
