We are looking for Machine Operators to join our Production Department. The candidate will be responsible for operating machines as per production requirements, maintaining quality standards, following safety procedures, and ensuring smooth production flow.
Key Responsibilities:
• Operate assigned machines as per work instructions and production plans.
• Load and unload raw materials or components safely.
• Monitor machine performance during production.
• Check finished components using measuring tools and visual inspection.
• Maintain production output as per daily targets.
• Report machine breakdowns, defects, or abnormalities to the supervisor.
• Follow safety rules, housekeeping standards, and company procedures.
• Assist in basic machine cleaning and preventive maintenance.
• Maintain production records, if required.
Requirements
• Minimum qualification: 10th / 12th / ITI / Diploma preferred.
• Experience of 0–3 years in machine operation or manufacturing will be preferred.
• Freshers with willingness to learn may also apply.
• Basic knowledge of machine operation and production processes.
• Ability to use measuring instruments such as vernier caliper, micrometer, gauges, etc. will be an advantage.
• Must be disciplined, punctual, and willing to work in shifts.
• Ability to follow instructions from supervisors.
• Basic understanding of workplace safety and quality standards.
• Physically fit to work in a manufacturing environment.
