1. 負責一般文書資料處理工作及每月營運部門事務請款工作(如：辦公室事務保養、物料
採購等請款單製作並取得核准)。
2. 維護、更新、管理各類文件檔案（如：外包廠商合約、廠房租約、會議記錄、書目資
料、活動文件）
3. 資料庫系統數據整理、報表製作。
4. 準備會議議程，參與會議並撰寫會議記錄。
5. 判斷、分類並分送郵件，回覆郵件，整理待寄送的郵件並執行每日郵局寄信業務，管
理每月快遞袋採購業務。
6. 負責小額郵局零用金管理。
7. 負責文具用品及辦公室事務耗材之訂購及請款。
8. 負責辦公室事務廠商保養業務之安排。
9. 其他主管交辦事項。
