The Customer Assurance associate, audits assembly processes and product for quality, and initiates, implements, and completes data entry actions per Electrolux North America’s procedures and guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:

Essential daily quality support of a designated area

Monitor and evaluate “end of line product” to assure products meet or exceed quality standards per the B.O.M.

Daily proactive engagement and support with operations teams.

Supports Quality Department initiatives by coordinating QCP/Andon, using visual management tools, applying EMS and 5’s skills.

Monitors, maintains, and communicates all quality and employee related issues and seeks support on all issues that are critical.

Assist in quality improvement and problem-solving as needed.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE (Minimum Qualifications):

High School Diploma or GED.

Ability to use a computer.

Basic knowledge of measuring equipment (height gage, micrometer, caliper, gap gauges, etc.) and application of engineering drawings.

Able to stand for much of the shift.

Must communicate in English verbally and in writing.

Microsoft Word and Excel knowledge a plus.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use hands to operate computer keyboard and telephone. The employee frequently is required to drive, walk and sit. The employee is occasionally required to stand. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, and ability to adjust focus.
