Job Description:

  • Responsible to log/record all machine downtime, lot history and real time transaction on Reporter8 and MES
  • Escalates/ reports any problems encountered in the line to the Supervisor on duty.
  • Responsible to ensure good set-up & isolation of stations with minor problems like set-up & related issues in reference to OCAP’s.
  • Supports and implements Environmental Management System (EMS), Quality Management System (QMS) and Electrostatic Discharge (ESD).
  • Responsible that proper handling of hardware’s, equipment and products are being observe in line.
  • Responsible for the quality of his/her products, preventing any quality issues in the line & aiming for zero Lot Rejection Rate.
  • Responsible to inform immediate supervisor for emergency situations such as unable to report for work, filing of vacation leaves and sick leaves.

Tasks

  • Responsible to handle machines based on Man Machine Ratio
  • Delivers the required output on his/her assigned area/station based on device requirement.
  • Escalates/ reports any problems encountered in the line to the Supervisor on duty.
  • Responsible to ensure good set-up
  • Follow special instructions with reference PPO & closely monitoring of urgent/ expedite devices.
  • Responsible to logged/record all machine downtime, lot history and real time transaction on Reporter8
  • Responsible that proper handling of hardware’s, equipment and products are being observe in line
  • Responsible to ensure all assigned machines are always running

Requirements/Qualifications:

Education Level

At least high school / Senior high graduate

Working experience

Preferably with work experience in semiconductor company

Other Requirements

  • Basic computer skills and including familiarity with personal computer hardware
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Takes initiative and responsibility on her assigned work
  • Team player and can communicate effectively with others and able to meet deadlines/targets
