We are seeking dedicated and safety-conscious Production Operators to join our high-performance team in Memphis, TN. This role is essential to our manufacturing operations and involves working in a fast-paced industrial environment to ensure the smooth and efficient production of our products.
Key Responsibilities:- Replenish ingredients, chemicals, and supplies as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the work area.
- Operate and monitor production equipment and computerized control panels.
- Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and 5S standards.
- Wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) and adhere to all safety protocols.
- Work rotating shifts and overtime as required.
- Participate in training programs and uphold IFF’s Core Values.
- Accurately document and report operational data and incidents.
- Perform equipment adjustments, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Support production operations by dumping ingredients, sampling products, and conducting quality checks.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards including HACCP, QA policies, sanitation, and pest control.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Prior experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment preferred.
- Ability to perform physical job duties and operate mobile equipment safely.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety.
- Communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
