EHS Leadership
Act as a Safety role model and strengthen a proactive safety culture across the site
Develop and execute EH&S strategies in compliance with company standards and local regulations
Production & Maintenance
Ensure production targets are achieved with high quality, cost competitiveness, and efficiency
Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance to maximize equipment availability
Optimize inventory levels to support customer needs while minimizing working capital
Industrial Strategy & Investments
Define mid- and long-term plant development plans aligned with business growth
Execute approved investment projects on time, within budget, and with strong safety performance
Team & People Development
Build, lead, and retain a high-performing team
Set up an effective organizational structure, coach and evaluate talent regularly
Promote Continuous Improvement and 5S initiatives throughout the plant
Financial Control
Monitor production and maintenance costs, support budgeting and performance reporting
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or related field
7–10+ years of experience in plant/operations management
Ability to travel regularly to oversee 2 plants (Lampang & Ayutthaya)
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Passionate about Safety, Quality, and Continuous Improvement
Strong communication skills in both Thai and English
Experience in mining or minerals processing is a plus
