Über die Rolle
Du übernimmst eine wichtige Rolle in unserem Finanzbereich. Mit Deinem Know-how in der Bilanzierung stellst Du die termingerechte Erstellung von Abschlüssen sicher, lieferst fundierte Zahlen für unternehmerische Entscheidungen und bringst Dich aktiv bei der Optimierung unserer Finanzprozesse ein.
Deine Aufgaben
- Eigenverantwortliche Vorbereitung und Erstellung von Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen nach HGB
- Sicherstellung einer termingerechten und ordnungsgemäßen Erstellung der Umsatzsteuervoranmeldungen
- Aufbereitung und Reporting relevanter Finanzkennzahlen sowie Unterstützung bei betriebswirtschaftlichen Analysen
- Verantwortung für die Abstimmung, Klärung und Pflege von Bilanz-, Sach- und Verrechnungskonten
- Durchführung periodengerechter Abgrenzungen sowie Bewertung von Vermögens-, Schulden- und Ergebnispositionen
- Eigenständige Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung der Anlagenbuchhaltung über den gesamten Lebenszyklus der Vermögenswerte
- Verbuchung und Abstimmung der monatlichen Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnungen in enger Zusammenarbeit mit der Entgeltabrechnung
- Erstellung aussagekräftiger Statistiken, Auswertungen und Entscheidungsvorlagen für das Management
- Aktive Mitwirkung an bereichsübergreifenden Projekten sowie Analyse, Optimierung und Digitalisierung von Prozessen im Rechnungswesen

Deine bevorzugten Qualifikationen
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung mit Weiterbildung zum Bilanzbuchhalter (m/w/x) oder Ausbildung zum Steuerfachangestellten (m/w/x) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Berufserfahrung im Finanz- und Rechnungswesen, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Bilanzierung und Abschlusserstellung
- Kenntnisse in der Rechnungslegung nach HGB; idealerweise Kenntnisse in US-GAAP
- Sicherer Umgang mit ERP-Systemen, vorzugsweise Microsoft Dynamics NAV (Navision)
- Gute Kenntnisse in den gängigen Microsoft-Office-Anwendungen, insbesondere Excel
- Hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein sowie ein sorgfältiger und verantwortungsvoller Umgang mit vertraulichen Finanzdaten

Skills Required
- Completed commercial vocational training with further qualification as a Bilanzbuchhalter, training as a tax clerk, or comparable qualification
- Professional experience in finance and accounting, ideally focused on financial accounting and financial statement preparation
- Knowledge of accounting under HGB
- Knowledge of US-GAAP
- Proficiency with ERP systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics NAV/Navision
- Good knowledge of common Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel
- Very good written and spoken German and English
