Description

The Vice President of Technology Services is responsible for developing and executing the overall digital strategy for delivering technology across the organization, including maintaining and enhancing the systems that enable effective business performance. The Vice President of Technology Services will work with other Jasco leaders to fully align the business strategy goals with the technology strategies that support them and to align business technology objectives within Jasco's technology framework. This position will drive the organization's enterprise architecture and ensure compliance within the company regarding technical standards and security.

• Work with key stakeholders to ensure the company leverages current and future technology to achieve business objectives
• Build/maintain strategic and strong relationships with key technology partners and suppliers to ensure that best-in-class service levels are included in agreements and upheld.
• Facilitate strong relationships internally at Jasco which allow for collaboration and success.
• Lead Jasco's technology strategy regarding digital best practices, security, governance, and methods.
• Search for opportunities to utilize technology to make work more efficient and effective.
• Responsible for technology budget and measuring cost benefit analysis of digital and technology projects.
• Lead the Technology Steering Committee to do resource planning and allocation, including internal and third-party staff
• Drives the use of data and technology within the organization creating new insights on a constant basis to assist the company with making fact-based decisions.
• Serve as the technology sponsor on major project implementations.

Qualifications

• 15+ years experience in technology-oriented positions such as traditional IT jobs, PMO, business analyst and digital marketing, data analytics.
• 7+ years of relevant technology or business side leadership experience.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in a technology-related field is required.
• Advanced strategic planning and execution skills.
• Proven history of successful large-scale application implementations.
• Proven history of developing and implementing innovative uses for digital tools.
• A high EQ and ability to work with different personalities in productive ways.
• Knowledge of multiple enterprise resource planning systems, office applications, business intelligence tools, and current technology systems.
• Knowledge of AS/400 operating system.
• Ability to interpret technical material, contracts, and reports.
