This role will take over leadership for architecting, implementing, and managing FLASH’s Sales, Marketing, Operations (Field & Supply Chain), Customer Support and Success, Finance and Accounting, and HR and People systems.


**Remote Role 25%-50% travel required. Candidate's must reside in the United States.



Core Responsibilities...

  • Lead the Business Systems team including managers, system administrators, architects, developers, and any third-party contractors to manage, maintain, upgrade, deploy and integrate all internal business applications.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with leaders on how systems capabilities can solve their business problems, work to translate business needs into technology solutions, standardize and optimize existing solutions, and push for business clarity of strategy where needed
  • Build and maintain internal delivery process to manage the full application life cycle: Requirements Gathering Architecture, Development, User Acceptance, Roll Out, Support
  • Integrate acquired businesses into our business systems platform
  • Recruit and build a high performing team with a strong focus on business value through coaching, fostering accountability, innovation and teamwork, while effectively delegating work for successful achievement of goals and objectives 
  • Manage escalations by providing high-quality problem-solving support, advice, and guidance to internal customers while maintaining appropriate process and system governance
  • Own reporting, status updates and KPI (key performance indicators) metrics and provide regular reporting to the executive leadership team and provide input to board-level reporting
  • Drive world class change management practices to ensure rapid deployment of changes with no disruption to the business
  • Maintain data quality, integrity and cleanliness, and perform data maintenance including deduplication and normalization
  • Own and manage applications budget and prioritization with business leaders to ensure investments are aligned with business requirements and consistently manage to ensure within plan

  • Leadership – ability to lead through influence; exhibit a professional presence and the ability to communicate successfully with all levels of leadership Business Process Expertise – have a deep understanding of and ability to articulate best practices across core business processes
  • Systems expertise– multiple experiences implementing business systems is critical including defining data and data structures, integrations, and managing the process to design, build, test and deploy systems, specifically with Salesforce and NetSuite or other modern SaaS business applications. 
  • Mental Agility – a keen intellect and comfort with complexity; enjoy tackling new challenges and solving problems; ability to 'think outside the box' and move concepts to implementation 
  • A detail and process-oriented individual, with substantial project management skills, who has the flexibility to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic organization
  • Values partnership, trust, collaboration, and communication - builds trust with business partners; Can communicate changes to business systems processes, their drivers, and expected results clearly; Can facilitate tradeoff discussions in the context of business outcomes
  • 7+ years of experience in application support and application administration 
  • 5+ years of experience managing a team 
  • Technical expertise around ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) and CRM (Customer Relationship Mgmt) platforms in terms of architecture, configuration, and performance optimization not just within a single application but also the integrations across them.
  • Experience managing complex and integrated ERP, CRM, and CPQ (Configure Price Quote) platforms (Ideally Salesforce and NetSuite) 
  • Experience driving system enhancement efforts to completion by capturing and assessing user requirements with business partners
  • Demonstrated ability to plan and execute projects cross-functionally including acquisition integrations, new module or system implementations, systems selections, and maintenance / hot fix updates
  • Requires the ability to effectively develop and manage external partnerships.Requires strong analytical and quantitative skills, including solid financial management, and the ability to use data effectively for benchmarking, operational decision-making and improving processes.
  • Requires proven ability to lead talent and foster the professional development of direct reports
  • Requires a clear understanding of the security, scalability, and maintainability of solution design and business needs
  • Has a strategic view of business process and systems architecture with data & insights as the foundation 
  • Has experience working with highly distributed global teams, including third party contractors and consultants
  • Preferred: Familiarity with Mulesoft or any iPaaS solutions
  • Preferred: Data visualization experience using BI tools like Tableau
