Job Description:

Role Summary/Purpose:

The Application Onboarding Lead will report to the VP Identity Technologies. This position is responsible for the onboarding of applications to SailPoint IdentityIQ (SIAM) Platform. This individual will manage a team of business analysts and developers. The position will also be responsible for the Application onboarding Process and all tasks required by that process. This individual will need to have experience with application onboarding for IAM tools as well as prior people management. This candidate must be comfortable working in a project based / client serving model and have proven experience in leading and shaping client expectations with flexibility to work easily in diverse and dynamic teams.

This position is remote, where you have the option to work from home. On occasion we may request for you to commute to our nearest office for in person engagement activities such as team meetings, training and culture events. Essential Responsibilities:

  • Team Management
  • Scheduling and tracking applications
  • Requirements gathering
  • Metric and Status Reporting to Senior Leaders
  • Agile Product Ownership and Jira Board Management
  • Training and mentoring Business Analysts on the Application onboarding processes and procedures
  • Streamlining and improving Application Onboarding Processes
  • Working with technical resources to deliver development of Application Connectors
  • Communicates risks and solutions to business partners and senior leaders
  • Stays up to date on Identity Governance and Identity Technologies
  • Develops Application Onboarding Strategy
  • Have the ability to effectively translate complex technologies, designs, and ideas into simple to understand concepts in order to reach a broad range of audience understanding
  • Maintain a technology & product agnostic approach by challenging the way things are done today and bringing to bear the best solution to achieve the strategic goal
  • Strong product & service delivery mindset, constantly striving to understand who our customers are and develop solutions to suit their needs
  • Strong understanding of Role-Based Access Control (RBAC)
  • Understanding of Identity Governance in the Cloud
  • Reviews new projects for feasibility for Application Onboarding
  • Perform other duties and/or special projects as assigned


Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree and a minimum 7 years of experience in multiple IT areas OR, in lieu of degree, High School Diploma/GED 11 years technology experience
  • 4+ years of experience with Identity Governance/Identity Technologies
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience onboarding applications to IAM tools
  • 3+ years managing projects/programs
  • 3+ years Team Management
  • Minimum of 4 year of experience successfully delivering in an Agile environment, working closely with product owners & customers

  • Strong working knowledge of fintech Industry as it relates to consumer financing

Eligibility Requirements:

  • You must be 18 years or older
  • You must have a high school diploma or equivalent
  • You must be willing to take a drug test, submit to a background investigation and submit fingerprints as part of the onboarding process
  • You must be able to satisfy the requirements of Section 19 of the Federal Deposit Insurance Act.
  • New hires (Level 4-7) must have 9 months of continuous service with the company before they are eligible to post on other roles. Once this new hire time in position requirement is met, the associate will have a minimum 6 months' time in position before they can post for future non-exempt roles. Employees, level 8 or greater, must have at least 24 months' time in position before they can post. All internal employees must consistently meet performance expectations and have approval from your manager to post (or the approval of your manager and HR if you don't meet the time in position or performance expectations).

The salary range for this position is 85,000.00 - 170,000.00 USD Annual

Salaries are adjusted according to market in CA and Metro NY and some positions are bonus eligible.
