What you will do:
- Manage a team of tools configuration engineers responsible for implementing and managing JIRA, Service Desk and Flexera tools and access for other tools in the IT department
- Manage Flexera ITSM platform; achieve adherence to license entitlements including major vendor like Oracle, IBM, MS with all the licensing agreement complexities
- Review IT Tools, identify opportunities for consolidation, integration, elimination of tools and work with individual tool owners to achieve optimal tool landscape.
- Manage JIRA, Bitbucket, and Integration with Confluence, Microsoft Teams, and Incident/problem management platform
- Implement project reporting capabilities including Dashboards inside the Atlassian platform: Kanban, Scrum boards, documentation templates.
- Serve as the primary advocate and for Atlassian
- Lead implementation of Incident/Problem/Change/Release Management platform and integration with JIRA
- Collaborate with IT architect team to make sure IT tools (current and future) are aligned with the future state roadmap
- Drive automation / active directory integration for user management across various tools to drive better compliance/adherence
- Define, publish, and manage new governance model for introduction of new technology tools
Required Experience
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent combination of education and experience, MBA and ITIL Certification is a plus.• 7+ years of experience in managing IT collaboration tools like service now, JIRA etc.• 7+ years of hands on experience in using SDLC and Collaboration tools like JIRA, Confluence, Clarity, Skype Business, PPM, and MS Office Tools• Deep understanding of IT Asset Management and licensing models for various top tier vendors like Oracle, IBM, Microsoft etc.• Technical knowledge and experience in IT space to help evaluate existing and proposed tools to identify opportunities for consolidation, integration, or elimination for an optimal set of tools.• Strong leadership, analytical and communication skills.• Ability to coordinate cross-functional work across team to drive tools rationalization.
