Job Description

Systems Administrator
Location: Hybrid Remote / South Jordan, Utah Office
The Systems Administrator is a highly organized self-starter with excellent attention to detail who supports HireVue’s IT software deployment and compliance needs, creating an effective and efficient workforce that supports the needs of our internal team members.
Reporting to the Sr. Director, Information Technology, the Systems Administrator is responsible for managing current systems, deploying new software solutions, and maintaining office networking infrastructure and conference room hardware. This role also serves as an escalation point to the inbound helpdesk queue providing support for account provisioning and deprovisioning, execution and ongoing support of information technology (physical and virtual) within the organization.

Qualifications

• Administration of enterprise applications and systems.
• Oversee the Identity and Access Management (IAM) program
• Administer the office networking infrastructure
• Perform system integrations, scripting, and automation of enterprise systems
• Investigate new solutions, perform POC’s, and system implementations
• Maintain, update, enhance, and oversee the deployment of applications 
• Maintain and support VoIP phones and call center software
• Be the subject matter expert and the point of escalation for helpdesk service tickets
• Update and maintain excellent documentation 
• Keep time commitments and follow SLAs
• Support end users at all levels of technical proficiency and resolve technical issues across all operating systems. Seek to give HireVue team members the best service with every interaction
• Work cross functionally tracking and managing tasks and projects, ensuring work is on time and on budget
• Other duties as assigned

Education and Experience

• 5+ years of IT experience
• 3+ years as a systems administrator
• 2+ years experience with Identity and Access Management (IAM)
• 2+ years experience scripting - Powershell, JavaScript..etc
• Experience managing local networks, firewalls, WAP’s and ISP’s
• Experience supporting and maintaining Windows systems, Apple Macs, and mobile devices
• Working knowledge of Mobile Device Management platforms 
• Understanding of networking concepts and standard internet protocols
• High level of motivation and a desire to grow
• Self starter with the ability work autonomously 

Certificates (desired but not required):
CCNA, Security+, MCSE, Network+
