SUMMARY OF DUTIES*

Merit Medical is looking for a System Administrator that specializes in Microsoft 365. We are looking for someone that can help us manage our 365 tenants. They will be working with Power apps, SharePoint, OneDrive, and other offerings from Microsoft. This person will ideally have a System Admin background in managing Microsoft servers, VMWare, SANs and so on.

HERE IS AN EXAMPLE OF WHAT A DAY COULD BE LIKE IF JOINED MERIT MEDICAL

• Creating SharePoint sites in 365 and ensuring permissions are set
• Managing Power Apps, by either helping coach employees on best practices, setting permissions, or creating new Power Apps
• Create Endpoint Manager policies
• Manage Exchange online
• Manage Azure AD
• Manage Teams Voice
• Removing stale objects from 365 tenants Fluentin PowerShell
• Evaluate, test, and implement new productions and solutions
• Work with other System Administrators on projects
• Adhere to IT security initiatives
• Monitor systems and equipment throughout the enterprise
• Develop and maintain document processes and procedures

SUMMARY OF MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Educational experience equivalent to a bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field and ten years' work-related experience
• Experience Microsoft Server Operating Systems
• Experience VMware experience - other virtualization technologies helpful
• Experience understanding of Microsoft Active Directory and Group Policies
• Experience with SAN architecture
• Broad understanding of backups, Online backups tape backup systems
• Understanding of Disaster Recovery/Business Continuity design and execution
• General networking knowledge and experience with LAN, VLANs and WANs
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well with others
• Create and streamline IT processes and procedures for HQ and remote sites
• Must be available to be part of on call rotation
• Ability to work as a team member
• Collaborate with team members to improve and optimize systems and resources
• Excellent organizational skills
• Current driver's license
• Current international travel documents
