Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 8 years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, or strategic partnerships, and analyzing data to build strategies based on insights
  • Experience managing relationships and working cross-functionally within global organizations
  • Experience with presentation software, and creating/presenting narratives for C-level executives



Preferred qualifications:

  • Outstanding program management skills, with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and quantitative modeling skills
  • Experience and/or interest in advertising technology and retail, e-commerce, travel, auto, and finance industries

Within Global Partnerships, the Sellside team commercializes Google's ad business generation stack to publishers and provides Google Ad Sales teams access to third-party inventory. We partner with Publishers and App Developers of all sizes to promote their ad inventory, working with Google's broad range of partner solutions including AdSense, AdMob and Google Ad Manager, across mobile, display, and video formats, helping our partners and their audiences get the most out of the web.

Responsibilities

  • Build trusted relationships with the Large Partnership Solutions Leadership Team to effectively advise on strategic decisions.
  • Drive business growth and deliver on objectives and key results spanning business development and agreement excellence, product innovation, industry thought leadership, platform growth generation, and organization strategy.
  • Drive operations to support execution of the highest priority product-enabling partnership goals, including but not limited to project prioritization, resource planning and allocation, cross-functional coordination, business analysis, and annual business planning.
  • Work cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, People Operations, Marketing, and Product Go-To-Market teams to scope, manage, and execute strategic programs and solutions.
  • Work directly with the head of the retail, e-commerce, travel, auto and finance industries to provide day-to-day strategy and operations support (e.g., leadership meetings, team operationss, objectives and key results, annual planning, and OpEx management).
