What You'll Do:
LogicMonitor is disrupting the observability market and changing the way businesses take disparate sources of data and turn it into action. We are already a leader in this space - and we started by solving the hardest, most complicated problem first. With roots in the IT Infrastructure Monitoring space, we are on an evolutionary journey heading toward what’s next - unified observability. Our platform enables enterprise resiliency through data insights from the infrastructure, network, and application. As we enter this next phase of growth, we are in search of a Strategic Programs Sr Manager.
This role will serve as change agent in the company to drive CEO & ELT priorities, and ultimately accelerate company performance. In this role, you will drive company alignment, drive strategic initiatives forward, surface critical insights to ELT, and have a constant pulse on the business. You will own driving alignment and adoption of the V2M2, LM’s company alignment plan (Vision, Values, Methods, Metrics), as well as content strategy for company-wide events.

- V2M2 Alignment, Adoption, Review Cadence, Reporting & Automation
- Design & drive adoption of alignment tools across the company
- Work cross-functionally to support ELT alignment on V2M2 detail
- Own source of truth V2M2 documentation
- Build a network of cross-functional V2M2 champions across the company
- Design V2M2 review cadence & rhythm
- Regularly report on alignment scorecards, including providing content for monthly Vista/CEO call
- Automate V2M2 processes
- Company-wide events content strategy
- Own strategy for for SLT business reviews, company kickoff, midyear kickoff, and regular performance matrix review
- Own all content preparation in partnership with biz ops & key business stakeholders
- Strategic Programs
- Accelerate & drive key ELT and CEO priorities and initiatives
- Proactively track and coordinate cross-functional projects, provide actionable recommendations and provide new metrics when appropriate
- Gather inputs from multiple sources and automate processes in order to produce value-added insights and answer department-specific questions
- Develop presentation materials and weekly reports to communicate key insights from the analysis when needed.
- 7+ years experience in a strategic programs role
- Ability to interact with all levels of the business
- Ability to create & drive a strategy to execution
- Ability to influence & align various stakeholders across the business
- Support coordination of efforts on strategic initiatives including key divisional programs and activities focused on delivery of business priorities and communications
- Handling several work streams at any given time, in additional to being responsible for communications management
- Strong problem-solving ability in order to identify and solve issues when they arise, proposing options or a solution to the head of the team.
- Critical thinker and self-starter who will take complete ownership and accountability.
- Excellent time/priority management skills: Ability to adjust to multiple demands and constantly shifting priorities under tight deadlines and time constraints
- Good use of initiative, judgment and decision making
- Data analysis skills, in order to use data and facts to prepare and develop materials for senior management.
- Excellent communicator: Ability to collaborate across all levels across the organization
- Being proactive: Identify value add areas for senior leaders beyond day-to-day tasks
