The Revenue Operations team is seeking a Business Analyst with broad technical skills and a keen eye for process improvement to develop automated data extraction processes that drive Executive level business decision making and make it easy for the Revenue team to use data at scale.

Ideal candidates will be technically strong, have a good understanding of the data that Revenue organizations need to monitor regularly, and can collaborate well with other analytical business partners. This role gives you a platform to accelerate commercial momentum while optimizing insights on accelerating cycle time.

Responsibilities...

• Extracting, transforming and loading sales performance information for optimized reporting on commission eligible bookings, sales productivity measurement, and order management benchmarks.
• Develop reporting on our deal flow from a Commercial Operations perspective to monitor our sales cycle efficiency globally – standardization is key
• Support on-time, accurate monthly commissions payments process by aggregating and automating sales performance data from various sales systems to deliver to finance partners for payment
• Work closely with senior management to support strategic projects across the Revenue organization including annual compensation and territory planning, and GTM strategy projects.
• Collaborate with Sales Enablement, Sales Ops, Commercial Ops and the field to automate data generation and analysis to accelerate our sales motions.

Skills...

• Proficient experience automating merged reporting using SQL is a requirement
• Technical expertise regarding data models, database design development, data mining, data cleansing, and data extraction and segmentation techniques
• Experience with data extraction, manipulation and automation from data warehouse and various sales tools including Snowflake, SFDC, Clari, Gong, Xactly, Outreach and more.
• 3+ years of experience and demonstrated ability in an Analytics or BI role supporting Sales Ops, Deal Management, GTM or Marketing organizations
• Self-motivated, creative problem solver with ability to perform in a fast-paced, constantly evolving work environment
• Bachelor’s Degree in related area
• Tight-knit collaboration skills and execution-driven mentality.
• Design thinking concepts or other visualization concepts that drive story-telling.
• Proactive attitude and interest in building efficiency and scaling operations
