Information Technology Innovation Coordinator
Overview
Starting pay for this position is $74,713.60; base pay offered may increase based on experience, skills and internal equity.
POSITION SUMMARY: The Information Technology (IT) Innovation Coordinator serves as an advisor to the IT Executive Team on the identification and development of new strategies to introduce innovative solutions to the OSF IT portfolio. The IT Innovation Coordinator provides information back to leadership regarding innovation work and assures the appropriate people are engaged. The IT Innovation Coordinator will be expected to have general knowledge across multiple areas while focusing on their specific areas to establish a framework for development of strategies, technology assessments and plans to introduce innovative solutions to the product portfolio. The IT Innovation Coordinator will assume primary responsibility for coordination of innovation activity as it relates to existing and new information technology from OSF's traditional vendor sources and new vendors with innovative solutions.
Qualifications
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Healthcare and 2 years of experience in Information Technology OR 5 years of experience in Information Technology or analytics.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Solid computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft software.
Strong analytical and problem solving skills, with the ability to be detail oriented.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Healthcare IT Experience, Cloud Architecture/Development Experience Architecting IT Solutions.
Experience leading teams in implementation of complex applications.
