As an SI Partner Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for creating and optimizing processes for our SI partner network and internal partnership team. You will help our partners uphold Bullhorn standards by assisting in the development of enablement programs and reporting on partner health.
As the SI Partner, Operations Specialist, a typical day might include the following:
Developing and maintaining process documentation to ensure expectations are clearly defined for SI Partners and intake stakeholders
Working closely with our Professional Services team to build product and role-specific enablement plans
Creating and implementing dashboards and reports to monitor partner and project health
Proactively assessing our current processes to identify new areas of efficiency
Creating content and rolling out professional messaging to our partner network Working cross-functionally with various departments to help roll-out processes and provide supporting materials to our SI Partners.
Working closely with our finance team to ensure SI & Subcontractor financials are in line with defined expectations

You have 2+ years of operations/ support experience You have the ability to build and foster relationships with cross-functional and remote teams, at all levels of the organization, both internally and externally
You have a people-oriented style with the assertiveness, determination, and relationship building skills to enforce process compliance while maintaining goodwill across Bullhorn and SI Partner teams
Are able to demonstrate drive and enthusiasm to take independent action
You are proficient in Excel skills with an interest in data analysis

Experience with Salesforce, JIRA
Experience in SaaS solutions and a Professional Services organization
