Please review the following job description:
Provide guidance to teammates across the retail insurance organization, and to 3rd party vendors, in order to support firm growth and success. Manage projects geared toward meeting operational goals, adding efficiency, and driving excellence in client service and agency operations.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Following is a summary of the essential functions for this job. Other duties may be performed, both major and minor, which are not mentioned below. Specific activities may change from time to time.
1. Serve as subject matter expert for questions related to systems, procedures, workflows, and resources.
2. Develop, maintain, and monitor adherence to procedures, standards, and workflows.
3. Build and maintain relationships across business units, carriers, vendors, and outsourcing partners.
4. Proactively identify and generate efficiencies and cost savings.
5. Identify line of business challenges, provide support, and follow through to resolution.
6. Lead and participate in project groups, and collaborate with team members.
7. Complete workload assessments for branch locations or third party partners to provide guidance and recommendations.
8. Remain abreast of current trends in insurance client service operations, standards, applications, workflows, and tools in order to support creation of an evolving and future focused delivery of client service.
QUALIFICATIONS:

1. College Degree or equivalent education, training and work-related experience
2. Five years of experience within the insurance industry
3. Highly effective written and verbal communication skills
4. Proven ability to act with responsiveness, urgency and professionalism in all matters while prioritizing responsibilities and proactively accomplishing goals
5. Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office software products
6. Ability to work without direct supervision
Preferred Qualifications:
1. Knowledge of insurance specific systems and applications
