You will also get to work on the existing identity access management (IAM) offerings that enable user authentication, privilege, and access management for a better associate experience. As a Senior Identity and Access Management Analyst, you will ensure that company information security policies, procedures, and standards support the organization's mission and business processes. What you will do

  • Look for or create, analyze, and mine entitlement data and provide key metrics to guide focus areas for the identity, access, and governance process improvements
  • Participate in the development and maintenance of the identity governance and administration (IGA) workflows that manage the provisioning and life cycle of entitlements and roles; contribute to the improvement of IGA processes and training materials
  • Assist in developing and publishing policies, procedures, standards, and guidelines based on knowledge of best practices for identity, life cycle, and governance processes
  • Identify process automation opportunities on existing access management practices
  • Proactively identify audit and compliance access-related issues to reduce the risk of security exposures on the support systems and work with various teams to implement the improvements
  • Develop and maintain a solid practical understanding of business processes within the identity access and life cycle governance landscape
  • Provide guidance and direction on access controls and IAM practices to our customers

What you will bring

  • 3+ years of solid analyst experience with the IAM end-to-end life cycle, HR-driven processes (onboarding and offboarding, conversions, transfer), IAM compliance issues, and enterprise-level role engineering; proven work experience in this area
  • Bachelor's degree in a computer science or a related field
  • Working knowledge of SailPoint or similar offerings
  • Solid interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent prioritization skills and ability to handle multiple priorities
  • Advanced analytics skills with Microsoft Excel, PowerBI, and other analytic software is a plus
  • Background in information security with focus on data protection and role-based access management is a plus
