• Guides and facilitates the development and integration of Positive Safety Culture and Safety Promotion plans, strategies and processes to support the goals for enterprise implementation of the Safety Management System.
• Experience in leading large scale organization change.
• Coordinates with internal and external stakeholders for large scale complex culture change to fulfill the broad level Positive Safety Culture strategy.
• Presents plans to executive leadership to gain approval.
• Facilitates the establishment of an overall management system architecture by utilizing the Program Management Best Practices.
• Develops and maintains visibility system in support of the architecture.
• Utilizes the management systems and processes to provide status information on commitments and compliance to plan.
• Ensures follow up action for issue resolution.

This position allows telecommuting. The selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at one of the listed location options.Employer will not sponsor applicants for employment visa status.Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

• Bachelor's Degree or higher
• 5+ years of experience with business operations or business process improvements
• 5+ years of experience working across multiple business units and interfacing with key stakeholders
• 3+ years of experience consulting with and presenting to executive leaders

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

• Degree in Behavioral Science, Organizational Change and Leadership
• Certified in Leadership or System Thinking
• Project Management Professional (PMP) or AGILE Certified
• Experience working with diverse and geographically dispersed teams
• Experience working in a dynamic work environment, to include managing multiple priorities
• Prior consulting or professional services experience in organizational change

Typical Education/Experience: Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 15 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+13 years' related work experience, 19 years' related work experience, etc.).Relocation:Relocation assistance is not a negotiable benefit for this position.
