Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of tasks including:
Basic PERSEC duties- including managing caveat briefings
Classified Inventory
Audit Preparation
Classified lab space accreditation and maintenance tracking
Provide day to day guidance to on site contractors- Security Services Contractor and Security Officer Contractor

Seeking a candidate who is driven, a self-starter and can work independently and in a team dynamic. Must be willing to learn new skills and utilize existing skills daily.

Basic Qualifications

1.) JPAS/DISS experience
2.) Experience working in a DoD contractor environment
3.) Experience working with classified materials
4.) Industrial security experience required

Desired skills

1.) SIMS experience
2.) Past FSO or AFSO experience
3.) Understanding of 32 CFR Part 117 and other associated security guidance docs

Ability to work remotely

Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.

Work Schedule Information

Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Pay Rate:
In compliance with Colorado's Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the annual base salary range for this position is $52,700 - $87,900 . Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/training, key skills, internal peer equity, as well as, market and business considerations when extending an offer.
