Salesforce Administrator-Field Service Lightning (FSL) will function as an FSL subject matter expert who has experience implementing Salesforce.com functionality and can act as a knowledgeable liaison with business stakeholders. Additionally, the candidate should have the ability to uncover business requirements, develop a technical strategy and use critical thinking and strong analytical and problem solving techniques to support user needs.
Specific Responsibilities:

  • Manage the day to day operations and maintenance of Salesforce FSL and related objects
  • Work with technology and business leads to solution technical/operational improvements
  • Help translate FSL business requirements to technical specifications
  • Perform application updates and audits to ensure the proper functioning of the system
  • Configure and customize related Salesforce.com objects and attributes (Sales and Service applications)
  • Contribute to data migration and/or system integration strategy


Basic Requirements:

  • Certified in Salesforce.com Administration or equivalent
  • 2+ years of experience administering Salesforce FSL
  • Bachelor's degree in technology or equivalent experience
  • Experience working in Agile development environments required
  • Experience with building automation and configuration based solutions


Preferred Skills and Experience:

  • Familiarity with Salesforce Force.com application building
  • Ability to learn and adapt quickly in a dynamic environment
  • Excellent communicator with strong partner management skills
  • Capable of working with a mix of in-person, remote and offshore team members
  • Ability to work across several lines of business to achieve long term organizational goals
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact with a wide audience: IT, development, product management, operations, account support, vendors/partners, customers, and management.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present technical details to a non-technical audience
  • Experience with Google Suite (Google Docs, Google Spreadsheets, Google Slides), Slack, Trello, and other business tools software as needed (GG)
  • Critical thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience effectively debugging and testing user issues within the FSL environment.
