ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Galileo provides return card processing for clients who require a secure process to manage the return
and destruction of cards that are undeliverable to the address on the card mailer. This position will
work with a team to ensure this process is met.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to access and enter information using an automated system quickly and accurately.
- Ability to work independently and use independent judgement.
- Ability to meet productivity standards by completion of training period.
- Ability to work in team environment.
- Good organizational skills, pay attention to detail and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to work under pressure in order to meet strict deadlines.
- Ability to flex work hours to support the needs of the business.
- Ability to self-motivate and work effectively.
- Ability to bend, reach and lift during shift
- Ability to push/pull totes
- Ability to quickly sort through incoming mail.
- Ability to develop and adhere to a thorough understanding of operating procedures in designated
department. - Ability to maintain standards of the department.
- Ability to utilize machine to open incoming mail to prepare for scanning.
- Ability to concentrate for long periods of time
- Ability to make decisions within specific time frame
