Regional Service Coordinator
Eaton's Electrical Sector, Critical Power & Digital Infrastructure (CPDI) division is seeking a Regional Service Coordinator to join our team.
The position is based in the greater Richmond, VA area. This position is hybrid as long as you live within 50 miles of our Richmond, VA location.
Position Overview:
The Regional Service Coordinator is responsible for supporting our PDI product line business, including power distribution, static switching, and power monitoring equipment. This position is responsible for all post-shipment customer service interactions with regional responsibility to ensure a positive customer experience.

In this function you will:
- Schedule technician customer site visits. including technician travel arrangements
- Enter post-shipment service orders into ERP system
- Order parts and materials for Service orders, and track progress of parts to ensure on-time delivery
- Discuss and record service issues presented by customers into Salesforce cases
- Create/Receive purchase orders and approve invoices
- Issue RMAs to customer and follow RMA process to ensure customer returns are processed
- Support organization to meet customer's contractual obligations for service

Qualifications
Required (Basic) Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution or in lieu of BA degree, Associates Degree from an accredited institution with 2 years customer support experience
- No relocation benefit is being offered for this position. Only candidates within a 50-mile radius of Richmond, VA will be considered. Active-Duty Military Service member candidates are exempt from the geographical area limitation.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship now or in the future
Preferred qualifications:
- Proficient with computer and software tools - including Excel, advanced database knowledge (SAP, Salesforce, Oracle Service, M2M, OBIEE) and other PQD related software programs.
- Previous experience in call center, and/or customer interfacing work environment.
- 1 year of experience in a high-volume technical call center
